To respond to COVID-19 pandemic, Netio established and implemented specific policies and procedures which can meet customers’ requirements proactively.
Netio responded to the pandemic since it began. We set contingent practice into each internal process. To assure that once the situation becomes more resistant, we still can maintain the resilience.
Relative policies include asking staff to wear masks, sanitize hands frequently, disinfect the operating spaces every day, maintain social distance strictly, and track contact history.
Meanwhile, we implemented a hybrid work style with implementing a remote working system. With job rotation capability and timely communication channels, the production schedule can react rapidly and meet customers’ needs.
